Skilled Nursing Care
Our highly skilled nursing team promotes independence through a plan of care specifically designed for each resident and communicated to family members. Skilled nursing care may include short and long term IV therapy, PICC, and CVC management, antibiotics, blood draws, lab services and dressing changes.
Our Mission
St. Anthony's Care Center provides advanced, specialized senior health care services including skilled-nursing care, dementia care, and rehabilitation after surgery or illness. Our mission is to honor our residents' dignity through our thoughts and actions and we consider it in honor to have families place their loved ones in our care.
Rehabilitation
We focus on restoring and maintaining activity levels for independence an enhanced quality of life. Services include speech, occupational and physical therapies by licensed professionals in a dedicated setting.
